Had a bad experience at this service center. Paid over $1000 for new tires and they scratched one of my rims. When I confronted the manager, the technician was completely unprofessional and rude. Poor crisis management and a clear lack of staff training. Won't be returning.

I came home from four months outside the country to finds my car dead. As the battery is located in the trunk and the trunk is not key operated, I had the car towed to Firestone without an appointment. I expected at least a day to get the car open and find the right battery, but instead my car was ready in just over 3 hours!! I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Firestone New Haven. I have used them often before and never been disappointed.
